Mixed 4s Grinners!

Our Mixed 4s Gala Day was a great success for our club both as a sporting event and a fundraiser!  Thank you to ALL who contributed to the day and the fun and prizes.  Pictured here are our winners with their prize envelopes very generously donated by our sponsor Creightons Funeral Services.

Winter Shield Winners

Jan Curtis and Narelle O'Dwyer were the winners of our Winter Shield contested by 16 teams of pairs. 

Betty and Alan Troy, sponsors of the event, were on hand to present the trophy and the prize money.

Jan Curtis - District Champ of Champs Runner Up!

The Semi Finals and Final of the CCDWBA Champion of Club Champons were held at Breakers on Tuesday 10 July.  Jan Curtis from Breakers played Julie Syer from Terrigal in the semi final and won 25-13. Then proceeded to the final where she played Pat Neal from Umina.  Unfortunately Pat was too good on the day and Jan lost 13-25!  Well done Jan for becoming the Runner Up amongst the club champons for 2018.
